Orders for customers in the United States are shipped from within the United States.
Our current standard shipping terms are:
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday
- Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday
- Standard transit time: 4–8 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–11 business days
- Standard shipping: $4.99 for orders under $56
- Free standard shipping: Orders of $56 or more
Standard shipping may be provided through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipment.
Shipping is currently available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories or outlying islands, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Pet clothing may be briefly tried on indoors for size or fit, and the original packaging may be opened for inspection.
For customer-initiated returns, including returns due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For an incorrect shipment, verified manufacturing defect, or product damaged during delivery, Dongker will cover the applicable return shipping cost as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect an eligible returned product, Dongker will process the approved refund within 5 business days.
